Witch (Composer & Pianist) is delighted to join the Port Angeles Community Players as a pianist and musical storyteller. After a year of cleaning the Playhouse each week, he is excited to make his PACP debut. His return to theatre follows two Peninsula College productions and a 22-year hiatus from performing onstage, aside from performing drag and working behind the scenes at hair shows in Minneapolis. A lifelong musician and artist, Zaq developed Witch’s musical landscape by attending rehearsals, listening to actors, and selecting music to support each scene’s emotional tone. He hopes one day to compose music for film. When he isn’t at the piano, Zaq enjoys carpentry, cooking, design, landscaping, hiking and making messes worth cleaning up. He is grateful from polishing the Playhouse to filling the space with piano music.
